Family update Salisbury Elementary We had an amazing first week back! Some highlights include but are not limited to; We welcomed 308 students, numerous family members, 45 staff and many academic paraprofessionals to our building on the first 4 days of schoolThe playground was a buzzing place, with older students playing with and showing younger students how to play safely!Students meeting all their teachers and practicing routines and procedures, so many smiling faces and summer stories!Organizing and improving our end of day dismissal, by Friday all buses were loaded, and the pick-up/ daycare students were dismissed at 2:30! Thank you all for being patient and helping make the end of day changes run as smoothly as possible. Tags on student bookbags are so educators know where students need to be on particular days ( bus icon has the number of the bus, car is for students being picked up and sneakers are for daycares).Dan Killam (Dan’s Damages) gifted our staff and students with cases of Tissue and hundreds of STAEDTLER pencils, THANK YOU DAN!!!!
