Hello Cub Families,

A quick reminder that our school-wide lockdown practice is tomorrow (Tuesday) at 9:00 a.m. This is a routine safety drill that helps us ensure students and staff know exactly what to do in the unlikely event of an emergency. We keep the tone calm and age-appropriate, and teachers prepare students in advance so it feels safe and predictable.

Important arrival information

• Please arrive by 8:45 a.m. so students are in their classrooms and ready to begin.
• Once the drill starts at 9:00 a.m., our doors will remain closed and locked.
• Late arrivals will not be permitted to enter the building from 9:00 a.m. until the practice concludes.
• Doors will not be opened for anyone at any time during the practice.

If your child has a morning appointment, please plan to drop off before 9:00 a.m. or after the drill concludes. If you anticipate a conflict, feel free to contact the office before 9:00 a.m. so we can help you plan.
